Excellent customer service. Order was very last minute and I was able to phone and speak to lovely lady who assured me that they had already phoned the undertaker to arrange my delivery. And I received confirmation that they had delivered in good time. I would highly recommend.

I wanted a very special floral presentation for a milestone birthday for my wife. I am so pleased I chose Eufloria of Thirsk and their luxury "Only The Best" arrangement, it was stunning. Absolutely brilliant service. After having left it embarrassingly late to send flowers to important relatives at Christmas,I ordered a beautiful candle centerpiece morning of 23.12 for same day delivery, really not expecting it to arrive that day due to my own misplanning. I was wonderfully surprised a couple of hours later to receive a very happy thank you email from the recipients and the photo they sent is absolutely stunning. You worry when sending online that florists could very much take advantage and overpriced their Christmas arrangements, but this was very much NOT the case with this large, beautiful, christmassy candle centerpiece. Thank you Eufloria Flowers of Thirsk for not leaving me in the embarassing situation of not sending our usual Christmas flowers x

I ordered my bouquet the night before, unfortunately the florist couldn’t do the exact order but they phoned me first thing on the morning and explained the situation and gave me options on what I could have for the same price and delivered them the same day still. My wife absolutely loved them. The florist was very professional and very polite, friendly and helpful even ringing back to check if my wife liked Lilly’s and added them in. Very happy with the service.Very helpful, professional, polite and friendly, couldn’t do the order I originally asked for (which was ordered at 2am) but rang me first thing the next morning to explain the situation and ran me through the options. My wife was extremely happy with the flowers she received and it got me out of the dog house, thank you

The flowers were not delivered at the requested time. I spoke to florist who said I would have been be ring the florist direct. She had not picked up the requested time of delivery. Flowers were only delivered at 6.00 pm in the evening as JULIE wS out for the afternoon. Very disappointed as I had made the order 4 days in advance and paid for delivery.

I stupidly asked for delivery on a day that the recipient was away. Very conscientiously Eufloria tried to deliver the flowers four times but didn't leave them as no-one was at home. The delivery was made successfully the following day.
